Ingredients

  • 1 pk LU Bastogne biscuits
  • 50 gr butter
  • 1 large can of blueberry & strawberry curd
  • ½ l cream
  • 70 gr dark chocolate - chopped

Instructions

  • Crush the biscuits (in a bag with a rolling pin or in a food processor) and melt the butter. Pour the butter over the biscuit crumbs and mix well, cool. Whip the cream and carefully add the curd with a ladle until well combined.

Composition

  • Place crushed biscuits in the bottom of a glass/bowl, followed by a little curd mixture.
  • Repeat step 1.
  • Garnish with chopped chocolate and berries.
  • Note that step 1 can only be done once and then have a thicker layer of both crushed biscuits and curd mixture.
  • You can also place the cheesecake in one large bowl/dish in one or two layers.
